I specialize in Lake Front Property, for the past 16 years I have studied and become knowledgeable regarding lake front real estate. I continually track and keep close tabs on lake front values, the supply of lake front homes available for consumer purchase and data regarding the preferences of lake front buyers. I have personally listed and sold some of the most expensive homes reported to our local MLS. I possess the prestigious Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist designation which is held by fewer than 15 brokers or agents in Michigan. The designation, awarded by The Institute of Luxury Home Marketing of Dallas,Texas, is issued to practitioners who have completed stringent educational requirements and successfully demonstrated their expertise in the luxury home and estate market by meeting the demanding performance requirements of working in the $500,000 and over market segment.

Experience
I made a career of Mortgage Banking from 1985 until 1995. I then completed a 120 hour course study (Graduate Realtor Institute) and used the related relevant experience gained as a Mortgage Banker to obtain my Real Estate Brokers License in 1995, my first year as a real estate salesperson. I maintained the highest production of any broker/agent at a family owned Cadillac Realty company from 1996 until 2003.
I joined RE/MAX Central in December of 2003, earned the prestigious 100% Club Award in July of 2004, and achieved the highest sales volume of any single acting broker or agent member of the entire Paul Bunyan Board of Realtors® membership in 2004. I earned the 100% Club Award in July of 2005, and only 1 other sole acting agent or broker member of our board of realtors achieved sales volume as high as I did in 2005. I achieved 100% Club Award status in July 2006, and achieved the highest sales volume of any sole acting broker or agent member of our MLS for the year 2006. I acheived 100% Club Award status in August 2007 and only 1 other sole acting agent or broker member of our board of realtors achieved sales volume as high as I did in 2007. I achieved RE/MAX 100% Club Award in July of 2008 and only 1 other sole acting agent or broker member of our board of realtors achieved sales volume as high as I did in 2008. I acheived RE/MAX 100% Club Award in October of 2009 and only 1 other sole acting agent or broker member of board of realtors acheived sales volume as high as I did in 2009.
